Delivery & Shipping

At Verano by Tanya, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• Standard shipping (Free) within India: 10-15 business days
• Express shipping (Rs.350) within India: 6-9 business days
• International shipping is available in selected countries at additional shipping, customs, duties, and applicable charges borne by the customer. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and included in the final payable amount.
  

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected due to adverse weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. Shipment insurance is subject to the courier company’s policies.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Verano by Tanya, we strive to make cancellations, exchanges, and alterations as seamless as possible.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Standard shipping orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Express shipping orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund via the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on products once sold. Eligible items can only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.

Please do not return any item without prior confirmation from our team. Unverified returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or alteration, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be free from stains, damage, or fragrances
• Have original tags
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Alterations are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and each outfit is eligible for alteration only once.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges. For self-shipped returns, we recommend using a reliable courier service.

Approved exchange orders will be dispatched within 7-8 business days after the original product is received by us.

3. Credit Note Policy

We do not provide refunds on exchanged products.

If the requested replacement size is sold out, a credit note of the same value will be issued via email in the form of a coupon code.

• Validity: 3 months from date of issue
• Redeemable on our website during checkout

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized products
• Discounted or sale items
• Used products
• International orders
  

International customers are advised to review the size guide carefully before placing an order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at orders@veranobytanya.com or contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order details
• Reason for claim
• Clear images of the issue
  

Items must be returned unused and with all tags intact.

Once verified, we will:

• Replace the item, subject to stock availability, or
• Process a refund if replacement is unavailable
  

Refunds, where applicable, may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after initiation.

Important Note

Verano by Tanya reserves the right to refuse exchange or return requests from customers with frequent returns or exchanges exceeding three instances within a financial year.
