Shipping and Return


Our aim is to ship the products to you as soon as possible. On an average standard shipping takes 10-15 business days and express shipping takes 6-9 business days within India. Further, we also provide worldwide shipping in selected countries provided if the intending purchaser is willing to pay the additional shipping charges, customs charges and other ancillary expenses etc. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay to us. Insurance of the product is subject to the courier company
through which the delivery will be sent.



At Verano by Tanya our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Cancellation, Returns and Refunds. We try our best to ease up the process and make you feel reassured about your purchase. As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any products which are once sold. They can only be exchanged for replacement in a different size. The cost of shipping in case of exchange will be paid by the customer only. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. 

For alterations, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances.

An outfit is eligible for alteration only once.

1. Cancellation: 

For a cancellation order placed, you will be accredited with full refund through
online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, which needs to be done within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund shall be processed within 7-10 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank's policy.

2. Return/Exchange:

a) For returning an order that you have already received, please contact Customer Service at -+918779192255 or mail at within 24 hours of receiving the order. Never send back an item without consulting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us as no credit or replacement shall be given on a returned item, which has not been verified with us. Always report any and all problems associated with the item you wish to return. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

b) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

c) We do not provide refunds on returns. They can be exchanged for a different size. Incase the product which has to be exchanged is out of stock, we can issue you a credit note for the same amount that you will be able to redeem from our website within 3 months. 

The credit note will be emailed to you in the form of a coupon code that you can apply on our website during checkout for future purchases.

d) Customized and discounted products can’t be returned or exchanged.

e) Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products.
Verano by Tanya is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.

f) In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 7-8
business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

g)  We do not provide exchange and returns on international orders. Customers are requested to go through the size guide carefully before ordering any product.

h) In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not
received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you have received it within 24 hours of receiving the order. We request you to maintain the original packaging along with original Verano by Tanya’s tags. If you have received a faulty item please email us at . Please mention reason for the claim along with images of damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you the amount upon return.

i) In the case of returns, bank normally take 7-10 business days to process a
refund once it has been initiated from our end.
